Managing Director

We all share the same vision at ISW care, we ensure that all young people are at the heart of everything we do whilst working in partnership with the Local Authority and partner agencies.

I have extensive experience working in both Adults and Childrens Services. I have managed a variety of teams such as MASH, Duty and Assessment, Court and Locality .

The natural progression from this was a Head of Service role, it was a perfect fit for me to start managing multiple projects As a Head of Service for Children and Families. I was responsible for diagnostics and implementing improvements.

At this time I am exactly where I want to be in my career, making the difference for care experienced young people. Ensuring they have tailored quality support and adequate housing to enable them to go on to be independent individuals.

Together, as a team at ISW care we are creating a positive legacy for young people and for each local authority we work with.
